There is a small $1 fee for each computer on your account that is getting backed up. This helps to offset our costs for the extra resources used at backup time.
Most small businesses will need one or two 500GB blocks. If you produce a lot of photos or videos, or if you have many computers, you likely require additional storage.
There are never any fees to trasfer your data in or out of backup storage. If you need to restore your backup, things are already bad enough. We're not going to add to your misery and charge you to get your data back like some of the big names offering cloud backup!
